J & B Construction Ltd.
is a limited partnership construction engaged in Design and Build of standard, mid and high-end residential houses, small to medium scale mid-rise buildings (up to 4 storey high), interior fit outs for retail and mall spaces. They also accept renovation, extension and addition
projects. No project is too small/little for them not to allocate the same professional service.
The partnership also offers this unique proposal " We Design and Build based on your realistic budget." It means they adjust the design and construction based on your budget and not the other way around. But don't get the wrong ideas here. It doesn't mean that the design and construction costs can be adjusted to fit whatever budget you have. It can only be adjusted to accomodate certain "realistic budgets" without
compromising standard qualities and procedures.
The partners' main aim is to provide quality and affordable designs and construction within industry standards and best practices.Their designs incorporate good aesthetics while greatly considering the main function and intended use for spaces. Clients needs, tastes and requirements come first before partners' personal preferrences.
The partnership is consists of two friends and Registered Civil Engineers, Engr. Joel (Magse) Magsisi and Engr. Benjamin (Benjie) Friera, Jr. Both graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and earned thier Civil Engineer liscences on 2002.
The partnership is not registered yet in any govenment agencies, but the partners are working on it. For the meantime, transactions and contract agreements are done thru "professional services" category. Either of the two can legally enter in the said agreements. Without having to maintain a company, they can minimize costs for overheads and thus greatly minimizing costs as compared to medium and large companies which charge
far too great costs for their overheads. By eliminating having to deal with a company, it becomes more of a personal agreement. Building a house or an establishment is more of an emotional thing and personal preferrence thus having a personal and friendly approach is more practical than dealing with a company which is more concern with their profit.
The partners treat each and every projects as their own and tries to put themselves in their clients shoes with regards with the need/requirements and in terms of budget. By this approach, mutual agreement and results are obtained. These principles had guided the two engineers to have a follower of satisfied clients and remained friends with them.
For quite some time, the partners survived by acquiring clients through word of mouth and other clients referral. But this time, with the help of this website, they hope to expand their client base by leveraging technology and the internet.
