About the Author

Magse is a Registered Civil Engineer working for an Architectiral Design Firm. As a Project Manager for the firm, he manages various projects which include mostly high-end residential houses and medium rise residential and commercial buildings. They are also involved in design and interior fit-outs of retails and mall spaces.

Magse is also a free-lance structure designer, although he is not a Master Structural Engineer, he is legally allowed and capable of designing structures up to four-storey high using computer aided design tool (Staad). He had already completed a couple of structural designs for his company and several designs for other individual clients' projects.

Magse is also a free-lance contractor. He is involved in designing and building residential houses and small to medium scale buildings while actively working for the company. As mentioned, he uses Computer Aided Drawings and Design (CADD) for his plans and designs. He is now currently working with his friends and associates to build their own DESIGN & BUILD COMPANY in the near future.

In this website, he plans to share some of the ideas he gained from his years of experience in construction to give tips and trade secrets to help people decide and go through with their construction and building needs. Architecture and Engineering students can also find some useful informations here to help them in their studies.
